      No particular advantage at Landytech, just the legal minimum

      Inconvénients

      Worst toxic management I have lived in 15 years. Top management are very bad communicant and it's going from bad to worse. You will find there perpetual stress, an heavy athmosphere and an high turnover rate, As some client have left, I fear it will not be better soon

      Inconvénients

      1. Gender based inequality 2. Dismissive behaviour by senior management 3. Preferential treatment towards employees who have the LUXURY to work beyond contract planned hours. 4. Schedules packed with unnecessary meetings dominated by single person running projects without any proper planning or road maps. 5. VP level management employees struggling to stay in their lanes and interfering in all disciplines.

      - Typical growing pains of a young company: sometimes lack of structure, shifting priorities, and evolving processes - Workload can be demanding due to the pace of change - Leadership still figuring out the balance between strategy and execution
