      Avantages

      Some good people still, but a lot have gone unfortunately

      Inconvénients

      Doesn’t value engineers much compared to the past. Long hours, disjointed HR. Long pay freezes with no explanation. Mixed messages regarding flexibility of working. Lost the “family feel” it used to have sadly.
