Sterilized environment I was employed for Hinckley. The amount of lies you will hear to get you in this project is beyond imagination. False promises. Rough and stiff policies. People barely talk to each other. Most of the people wants to leave which bring the moral quite low. My advice if you are working already for another Tier 1 contractor and want to move to LOR and Hinckley Point then I suggest don't go. Think of your biggest mistake ever done in your life and the pain caused because of that. By the time you move to LOR , this mistake would be second biggest ever.....
