      Avantages

      I can only speak for entry level techs; any senior level applicants may have different views and comments. For me, this has been a great experience and has finally given me an opportunity to plump up my resume. Plus, Labtopia is good at maintaining prompt communication between you, them, and the company contracting your services. My direct line of contact was Katie, and was great! Very quick to respond to emails with questions/concerns. Pay was always on time (and weekly!) and I never had an issue with holiday pay or benefits.

      Inconvénients

      6 months to begin receiving holiday pay. Keep that in mind. I worked Christmas and New Years thinking I’d get holiday pay only to find out..nope. Haven’t hit 6 months yet. No sick day/PTO.

      Avantages

      I've had a great experience working here. Coworkers are supportive and enjoyable to work with. There is also a lot of flexibility, which makes it easier to maintain a good work-life balance. I've had a lot of opportunities to grow new skills and take on different challenges.

      Inconvénients

      Like any job there are busy periods, but overall the environment is very positive and manageable.

      Little oversight when contracted out.

      Can’t really move up in position unless you leave.
