Good time off AFTER YOU HIT FIVE YEARS,

Inconvénients

I've worked at Labcorp for five years, and unfortunately, my experience has been overwhelmingly negative. The only reason I am still working here is because the job market is difficult but I am still looking for other employment. What should have been a place of professional growth and support turned into a toxic, mentally draining environment. Throughout my time here, I’ve experienced bullying, harassment, retaliation, and blatant favoritism. Reporting these issues to HR led nowhere — concerns were brushed aside and nothing ever changed. Even after escalating the situation to the Vice President of the company via email, no action was taken. The message was ignored entirely, which only reinforced the feeling that employee well-being is not a true priority at any level of leadership. Despite applying to over a dozen internal positions, I was never given the opportunity to grow — while others, often less qualified but closer to management, were handed promotions or custom-created roles. If you don’t align yourself with upper management or engage in office politics, you’re overlooked or micromanaged. Every move I made was watched, while others were allowed to bend rules freely. As someone who’s remained committed even during personal hardships, the lack of empathy was staggering. The way policies were enforced around bereavement and leave was cold and bureaucratic, with no human understanding behind them. This job has taken a toll on my mental health in ways I never imagined. I began associating the sound of my alarm with anxiety. That’s not how work should feel. If you’re looking for a place that values loyalty, hard work, and integrity — sadly, this may not be it. I hope things change for the better, but for now, I cannot recommend this company to anyone seeking a healthy or supportive work environment.

Avantages

In my time with LabCorp I have had an incredible support system with my supervisor and the company as a whole. Their structured system in my position and with benefits has provided well for me and my family.

Inconvénients

Sure, we all have bad days but honestly, I have nothing bad to say about my time and experiences with LabCorp. I am very thankful for all they have provided to me and my family during my employment here.

Avantages

None whatsoever. Everything they advertise as a pro has fineprint that renders it completely useless.

Inconvénients

Wish I could have given zero stars, 1 star feels like lying. The most important thing is that they will mess you over without a second thought. For those who may have just started at the company, quit now before they mess you over. Don't be deceived by the benefits they advertise. Don't think you're valued because they will turn on you the second keeping you as part of the team inconveniences them. They don't pay fairly and blow off people who need to make a living. On top of trash pay, the work environment will have you hating what you do even while you're actively helping people. At PSCs, you're severely overworked and under a microscope. As an IOP, you're underappreciated and taken advantage of. The way they do business is very shady. They constantly have lawsuits against them, Google it. I saw the reviews and didn't listen because I thought a bad job was better than no job in this economy. I was so wrong. For your own mental health, and overall finances, don't work here. EVER. There are other jobs out there that pay fairly and aren't toxic. I found one and am so happy because I could have been trapped in a company going nowhere. Now I am paid what I'm worth and growing in my career, not just stuck choosing between being a phlebotomist, float or a high-stress supervisor. Just wait for a better job. I promise, the trash pay and stress are NOT worth the gas you'll waste driving all over the place even when you're not a float. Just don't do it.
