Avantages
A place to work. Decent Benefits. A kick out the door less than a year of employment for better opportunities.
Inconvénients
Pay is so low I cannot support my family and pay off the loans needed for the job. Upper management shows a lack of consideration of care for supervisors and employees. Unstable working environment and chronic short shifting and lack of staff increase the stress of the job. The insistence from management staff that 5+ years are required for pay to be competitive leaves new employees in a very unsatisfactory position. All above add to the massive turnover rate for new staff. All add together for a fairly negative work environment, no employee I have spoken to has said this job is worth the time invested. And the only people who it is worth it to stay already have 5+ years invested and even they are looking at other options.
