      Avantages

      Good starting Pay but no promotion after 90 day period. Flexible schedule but susceptible to being changed with little to no notice with certain positions. Room for advancement within the company for promotions. Not all positions offer a promotion. No matter how hard you work. Advancement can be attained but only when and if the position is open.

      Inconvénients

      Bi monthly pay makes it almost unbearable to etch a lifestyle or even pay obligations on time. No raise offered after the 90 day period. False advertising. Get it in writing before on boarding with company.

A customer-first mindset that makes you proud of the work.

      Inconvénients

      Peak seasons can be fast-paced, and communication between locations can occasionally lag—continued investment in tools/processes helps.

      Laid back, opportunity to make good money.

      Can be very slow at times. Quality of work life depends on if you have good managers.
