      Avantages

      Lots of teamwork, great colleagues. Everyone in the mid to junior levels put their best foot forward. Bosses usually dont micro manage the staff, everyone tries their best to get work done.

      Inconvénients

      Bad management, increased headcount on business units that were not bringing in any revenue. Deadweight to the firm. Some team leads were unprofessional and not knowledgeable in their field of work and couldn't understand basic concepts.
