Avantages
-You can get very good technical experience in some departments -Many Managers are friendly and easy going -Being part of a bigger company (Mobinil/Orange) might come beneficial in the future
Inconvénients
-Low salary in comparison to market average( especially in Technical field) - Company's vision and future strategy is totally unclear and no one has a clear road map with where is the company going exactly - Being a subsidiary of Mobinil , LinkdotNet's top management are not any more the decision makers and they just follow Mobinil's rules and really have no say in any strategic decision. - Linkdotnet's employees will most probably be classified as second-grade employees after Mobinil acquisition ; while Mobinil employees will always come first. -The current monopoly in infrastructure and DSL market is affecting the company badly as it will act more as a re-seller to the TE rather than being a competitor. - CEO micromanagement had caused a lot of disturbance and delayed the pace of operations and development.
