      Boa remuneração, muitos benefícios, se preocupa muito com a segurança do colaborador, ambiente de trabalho amigável e agradável, trabalhadores muito qualificados

      A empresa é uma grande chatice e totalmente desinteressante para um jovem, todo dia será a mesma coisa sem nenhuma surpresa ou desafio, a cultura é totalmente engessada e chata. Os valores da empresa não são aplicados no dia a dia. Horário totalmente inflexível. SE VOCÊ É JOVEM E QUER UM DESAFIO, FUJAAAAAAAAAAAA.

      This company is blacklisted by most other chemical plants in that cluster. Horrible management they have no experience outside of good ole boy system Operators are not team oriented and the union is not worth being in/ have not saved one employee ever. Corporate sticks besides management regardless of any wrongdoing
