      Avantages

      Some awesome people there during my time that I still connect with today but Its hard to really think of a pro thats actually something that would make you want to work there. Quarterly team building was a good thing but usually focussed on driving or some individual sport - but in a group. No actual team building really took place. That happened in the pub after work. They used to have a table tennis table - but i heard that was removed to increase productivity !

      Inconvénients

      Lack of direction Management constantly harking back to 'the good old days' Constantly changing the goals and targets No structure for employee complaints, lack of HR Basic lack of team and project management Unfair treatment of employees in regards to working hours and progression No management and then ridiculous micro management once things went wrong Hiring of friends and old acquaintances regardless of ability People loosing their jobs over trivial issues heightened by management as excuses to let them go To slow to market on all projects You just need to look at the staff turnover for a small company of almost 50 people in 3 years to see something is wrong.

Though we would like to assure you and others that in addition to a much-loved table tennis that is still a permanent fixture of our break area, alongside a dartboard, Warhammer table, multiple gaming consoles and a pool table, that the business is going from strength to strength - having doubled in size over the last year with every game released receiving over 10 million downloads each. We are also committed to the progression and wellbeing of our staff, having created an ongoing appraisal process and ensuring that all employees benefit from our generous profit share scheme, as well as other benefits that include flexible working hours and free food and drink.       > Transitioning from a servicebased organization to a product based company has been a great experience overall. The work culture, team vibe, and working conditions are among the best I’ve experienced so far. > The workflow is well-structured, and I get to learn a lot through hands on experience, which has been very valuable for my growth. > Career progression here feels merit based and driven by individual competency rather than being dependent on year end cycles, which is highly motivating. > The workplace environment is supportive and engaging, making day-to-day work enjoyable. > The availability of snacks and drinks is a thoughtful perk that I hadn’t experienced in previous companies, it helps maintain energy levels and reduces time spent stepping out, improving productivity.

      Inconvénients

      Given the relatively small team size, there can occasionally be periods of increased workload or crunch, but it is generally manageable and balanced out over time.
