      good HR, flexible working hours

      Inconvénients

      bad leader, cannot protect subordinates against other teams, no mentoring as promised salary way too low the app team is basically Xomad's slave data engineers are the DA team's slaves and data analysts (not really data analysts but rather social listeners) should be treated as if they're your supreme leaders if you wanna survive their wraths

      You can have many chances to develop your tech skill, the boss in this company is really cool and good at tech as well.

      The salary is too low, it depends on where you work, in VietNam, this salary is medium.

      - The title Data Analyst is not correct, it is more like labeling data - No career path, even if they say it is - The bosses do not have any leadership skills - Small office
