      flat informal hierarchy, focus from founders on work-life balance, appreciating employees' input in company strategy, working for big Dutch and international clients, cool office, young colleagues, many social events, annual company ski trip, fresh Italian lunch, employee sports on Wednesday afternoon

      OK salary, limited career opportunities, limited diversity

      Thanks for your honest review. We are doing our best to keep our vibrant culture. As for the pay, in May 2021 we did a benchmark of similar SD/UX companies and we increased our salaries according to the market. Diversity is a big topic in our current hiring process, we are proactively looking for a way to increase diversity in the team.
