Inconvénients

About 90% of the office is remote, and scattered in different locations, so it makes team-building difficult. As a smaller company, leave/holiday benefits are not exactly up to par. But other benefits outweigh.

This open and collaborative culture not only encourages initiative and innovation but also creates a close-knit, “family” feel among employees.

Inconvénients

While the flat hierarchy and open culture can be a pro, the lack of formal structure has led to a lack of defined intervals for performance reviews and associated compensation adjustments.
