      Avantages

      Let’s start with a simple truth: KnowBe4 is a cult. The Church of Scientology is pervasive in every single aspect of the organization. They will tell you that religion plays no part in the company and that their policies clearly state that religion and politics are not to be discussed at work. However, they simply hide behind this statement perfectly knowing that the entire organization is built upon Scientology beliefs and practices. Forget about work-life balance. Forget about privacy and decency. Forget about being treated like an actual sentient human being. Also, you should forget all the positive reviews you read and the “We won best place to work” propaganda. HR is constantly pushing new hires to submit positive reviews. Most feel obliged to or simply have not been in the company long enough to actually understand how diabolical this organization is. And remember, that’s ultimately what a cult does. A cult would not exist without faithful (and most of the time clueless and easy to manipulate) followers. If you’re up for being brainwashed, losing your dignity and self-respect and ultimately selling your soul, KnowBe4 is the perfect place for you.

      KnowBe4’s leadership team truly believes that religion and politics have no role in the workplace, as discussions over these topics only lead to unresolvable arguments. That is why KnowBe4 has a “no religion and no politics” policy. Violations of this policy are handled the same as violations of any other company policy and we encourage employees to report violations using the normal channels. We also encourage employees of all levels of our organization to leave reviews on Glassdoor. Asking everyone to do this (regardless of how long they have been at KnowBe4) gives us and our candidates the best picture of our workplace culture. Because our company has grown so fast, we have more employees who have only worked at KnowBe4 for 3 years or less than we have employees who have been here for longer, but anyone on Glassdoor can see that we also have reviews from employees that have been with KnowBe4 for 7+ years. No workplace is perfect for 100% of potential employees, so we encourage everyone to look at all of the reviews on Glassdoor - older, newer, 1-star, 5-star, and more - and take all of that information into account when deciding to work at KnowBe4. Our goal is to be transparent, open, and honest with who we are as an organization. So thank you for taking the time to leave your opinions for candidates.

      Avantages

      A welcoming and inclusive environment with a patient onboarding team. Work is always fun and collaborative!

      Inconvénients

      Training and onboarding process is thorough but only to ensure all employees are keeping themselves and the companies information safe online!

      Out of about 100 AE's only 10 hit Quota, OTE is a joke there. It's possible to hit quota if you are lucky with your inbound leads, but if you want to hit quota every month you have to do something moreso out of the box. I was trained by hard closers and have a lot of expierence with cold calls so i came up with my own script and was getting a demo a day, and was doing a demo a day. The demos did lead to sales as well, so it wasn't a waste of time. I got fired because of a "lack of professionalism" I spoke off script all the time because speaking on script leads you in to the Kool-aid drinkers club, aka not hitting quota consistently. I was fired without warning, even though I was told I had an incredible work ethic and was exceeding the ramp-up numbers. I just didnt match their sales style, they are not looking for salespeople, they are looking for sales associates. They make you work 9-hour days, 1 hour mandatory lunch that has to be taken in the middle of the day. 9-6pm. Their handbook even says you are allowed to take this lunch at 5 pm to go home sooner, but the managers never let that happen. DO NOT BE CREATIVE AT THIS JOB, DRINK THE JUICE.
