Avantages
They pay decently well and have pretty good benefits
The ones who do well there, do VERY well there and stay for a long time. You just have to be the right fit
Inconvénients
This was not a good environment for me, but it might be okay for other people. And there are really incredible people who work there. That being said:
Work related:
- Little to no training to set you up for success
- No constructive feedback until it's too late
- It used to be more laid back for getting stuff done but as they're growing they're implementing strict processes that can block you. I get that it's necessary to put those into place early, but not to this extent
Environment related:
- It's portrayed as a very easy-going place where everyone is friends, but everyone gossips
- Negative feedback is never given upfront by the person who is complaining, or who they're complaining to. It's usually from someone who heard it from them and then "just wanted to give you a heads up"
- Don't share any personal information, and don't add anyone that you think you're friends with on social media. Guarantee it'll be shared with the entire company within the day
- Boys club mentality
