      Avantages

      Great pay and recognition. Employer willing to accomodate employees whenever possible.

      Inconvénients

      Management of teams was unprofessional sometimes. Some upper management conflicts.

      Avantages

      Training very good, opportunity to advance into other areas, compensation. Employees very excited to work together and team behavior was encouraged.

      Inconvénients

      Supervisors were not always there when needed but micromanaged teams working the events. Paperwork was repetitive and many times unnecessary.
