Avantages

You will have no better training! Plenty of time and infrastructure for training and development! Company car is a great benefit also! With lots of young professionals it is a fun and vibrant environment. Very difficult to get this again.

Inconvénients

Very demanding KPI's, alot of which don't make any sense, and are not tailored per devision or customer base, this leads to many sales persons fabricating data just to keep up. Management is thr worst of both worlds, Micro management is definitely true of the Keyence management however they are no where to be found when you actually need some direction or good advice.

Avantages

Great training program, and good mix of roles. You wear a lot of hats at this job which prepares you well for your career. Business and technically focused, and a real product expert type of role.

Inconvénients

Its a tough job and a lot of work and long hours. You need to deal with customers constantly through a lot of virtual support.

Extremely boring, extremely repetitive, low growth, low pay, no learning.
