      Avantages

      Amazing team to work with, benefits aren't bad, great PTO. The solution itself is amazing and they are always looking to improve it and do what's best for the customers.

      Inconvénients

      Most of the cons have been addressed, they try to get feedback and adjust which is great.

      Avantages

      Excellent people to work with - always encouraging and helpful. The teams are open willing to hear different points of view. Able to make a big impact on the company and hard work is recognized.

      Inconvénients

      Not much of a downside, a lot of the team is remote which is great in some ways but can be hard.
