      Working from a home office location

      Inconvénients

      Numerous but essentially, tired old UK based product, a very weak player in an overcrowded US PPM market. Incredibly poor management, direction and communication. Basically trying really hard to be acquired before the (family) money runs out

      Avantages

      Amazing team to work with, benefits aren't bad, great PTO. The solution itself is amazing and they are always looking to improve it and do what's best for the customers.

      Inconvénients

      Most of the cons have been addressed, they try to get feedback and adjust which is great.

      The company has continued to struggle in the last 10 years and it didn’t show any growth. The management doesn’t treat their employees well.
