      You’ll meet some good colleagues who turn into great friends who then end up quitting as well.

      Inconvénients

      It’s a toxic environment working with someone who owns the company and has the ego that’s the size of Australia. Kerwin is extremely narcissistic. The culture at the company is so extremely poor and they cannot retain staff which speaks volumes.

      It’s a game, if you play you’re in. If you refuse to play the dirty mind games you’re out Kerwin speech about how his company is a role model for leadership. But he barely show up in the office to know what’s going on. He doesn’t care for his staff that why he provides gym/food to pretend that he cares. We can’t trust anyone there. They are always watching to catch something you do wrong to use against you. If you decide to work there, pretend that you are blind and deaf. Avoid practicing your leadership or showing that you are smart enough to improve systems. They will cut you off and always putting you down. If English is not your first language pretend that you understand 100% everything otherwise they will make fun of you. If they can’t manipulate you... they will find a way to get rid of you straight away
