OK for student part-time/full time in summer - Avis employé Accountant Kapi Residences

I had an amazing experience during my Spring internship at Kapi Residences. From day one, the team was incredibly patient, supportive, and always willing to take the time to teach me. As someone new to the industry, I was given many opportunities to learn, gain hands-on experience, and grow both professionally and personally. What stood out most was the company culture. The work environment is positive, welcoming, and highly collaborative. My coworkers were always willing to help, answer questions, and support one another. I never felt like “just an intern” — I truly felt like a valued member of the team. Beyond work, my managers and coworkers made an effort to include me in team dinners and gatherings, which made me feel genuinely welcomed and accepted. Kapi not only provided me with valuable experience, but also gave me a strong sense of belonging and made me feel at home.

No major cons during my internship experience. I had a very positive experience overall.

Kapi Residences is truly a collaborative team where everyone supports one another, and ideas are always welcome. It was fun to work with such a great team.
