      You will be able to work from home during covid

      CEO of company who is also the tech lead is not sound in technology or engineering and would never listen to proper suggestions given. Organization of tech tasks is not proper, they don't even use open project like softwares for project development.

      Avantages

      Pay was not bad for the area.

      Inconvénients

      Amount of PTO and the truly horrible benefits outweigh any amount of salary. Ownership & High level management is absent and not reactive to the real problems. Local management doesn't really deal with shortcomings and ignores the recommendations of employees for basic improvements in workflow and efficiency. There is a bonus system that is attached to KPI factors that cannot be controlled by the employees.
