Avantages
You can grow high level but you never know about basics things, management treats you as a diamond when you join as a fresher, and they can treat you as senior if you complete one year in ktree only when you joined as fresher, other wise you may get scoldings, no value some times you get abuses also. you dont have an option to come out from the company since HR takes commitment with min of 2years along with some advance cheques (no dates on it). they wont give you salary appraisal how much they have promised at the time of your joining. No body responses if you ask something in internal chat or mail. no fun, no breaks (not even tea break), only you need to stick to computer 10 to 12 hours (min working hours - 10 hours ) simply, if you want to work like anything and if you are trying to forget your family/personnel life then join in this company
Inconvénients
everybody gives a build up like they are only the one who is developing the company, team leads treats their team mates in very bad and rude manner. Even CEO also scolds employees even they doesn't give respect to girls. all are educated fools.
