      Avantages

      Nursing team works well together. Doctors are great Supervisors are great. Therapy team works excellent together CEO- Ken is PHENOMENAL

      Inconvénients

      Manager stirs up gossip. CNO is absent, aggressive, and likes to target staff members who disagree with her. Upper management like to make day and night shift hate each other. Seems like there was a goal to target nightshift nursing aides, and a bunch of them left shortly afterwards.
