Sales Club that neglects Safety and Quality - Avis employé Controls Engineer KC Robotics

Management places more emphasis on sales and keeps Engineering overhead as low as possible. Most of the Engineers I worked with at KC had no prior experience. Their Leaders would install equipment fast and dirty without adding E-Stop logic or safety gate logic. My job duties where more rewriting code to fix disasters than working on new designs.
