No benefits are such as EPF,MEDICLAIM/ ESIC 5. No rewards and recognition 6. Sales and marketing profile no incentive structure is there 7. Computers need to start atleast 15mins time. 8. Holiday calendar makes huge confusion and full of error. 9. No leaves will entertain @ the time of natural calamities such as earthquake,cyclone and also there no paid leave is available in election day as they told that higher Management need some updated feedback from the news media. 10. No payslip and appointment letter ( If u need payslip they will provide u an excel format statement )
