-fair pay -weekly touch-base meetings -hybrid position, although too much travelling -benefits are great -vehicle/phone and computer is provided by he company -quarterly fly-in meetings at the Montreal Headoffice

Inconvénients

-too much travel-poor work-life balance -high pressure and micromanaging from regionals -inconsistency in communication from top down management

Avantages

This is a wonderful company to work for! You get to make your own schedule and it’s so much fun. Everyone is so nice, it really felt like family.

Lots of travel, long hours some days

Avantages

Great discount on clothing. Sales meeting in Canada- marketing does a great job with execution. Marketing also does a great job with the assets they produce.

Inconvénients

The company culture is " fake happy". Everyone speaks in extremely positive undertones, but it is an illusion. The director is unsupportive and insecure with strong hires. The company is not open to real change and is antiquated in systems and sales. Most holding positions 10+ this is their first fashion job and just don't have the multifaceted experience to execute the change needed in order to see the results the company is goaled at.
