      Innovative international company with lots of growth potential, sometimes a bit underestimated across Europe, lots of smart, highly engaged and motivated employees and colleagues who go the extra mile to make the company successful.

      Inconvénients

      One has to love change to feel comfortable in JCI, but if you do, there are lots of great opportunities to contribute, learn & grow within JCI.

      Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

      Inconvénients

      Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
