      Avantages

      Decent benefits, not great but decent. Good people to work with, pay is incentive based and teamwork is mandatory.

      Inconvénients

      Exposed to poison all day, and management will arbitrarily decide to cut hourly employees' pay in order to fit their needs. Two-tier pay system as well, blech!
