      Avantages

      JCI has excellent benefits and is a player in thier market. Local branch had very talented people in many key roles.

      Inconvénients

      Direct management in many cases was from another part of the country all together. Very little contct and many of the middle managers were very unprofessional and had little to no experience in the arena they were managing.

      Avantages

      Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

      Inconvénients

      Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
