Trabajo remoto Flexibilidad total Buen sueldo Trabajo muy sencillo Vacaciones superiores al resto de empresas

Inconvénients

Empresa caótica Si eres de los que les gusta hacer 40 excels al dia y recibir 100 correos cada dia este es tu trabajo Aislamiento y no interaccion con el resto de empleados Oficina solo accesible en coche o a 2h en bus. Herramientas de trabajo obsoletas, nula integracion con plataformas punteras. Indiferencia, no pasa nada si se hacen las cosas bien pero tampoco mal. Compañeros inexistentes, Trabajo muy conservador y poco eficiente Productos poco atractivos Subida salarial inexistente

Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

Inconvénients

Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
