      Avantages

      It was a good environment to learn and grow as a new manager. The concept is simple, the menu is small, and the operation is overall easy to run.

      Inconvénients

      The franchise owner(s)/partners only look out for themselves. Severe problems with nepotism, false hope about future opportunities to advance, and mislead about earning bonuses.
