      - Service charge you receive is pretty hefty.( Depends on your Points) - Menu of the restaurant is pretty sleek. - Easy to sell products. - Vibrant restaurant Decor. - Dance routines while on work. Who doesn't want to see smiles on customers faces.

      Inconvénients

      - No major perks. - Not appraised for work. - Long working hours, not paid extra. - Staff turnover is less. - No coordination among senior members. - Imbalanced recipes and menu corrections. - Lack of educated employees.
