Avantages
Co-workers had a good and supportive attitude; even though I had been hired as a temporary intern, I was able to stay for over a year. NASCAR perks, like promotional items, meals, etc.
Inconvénients
At least for me, there was no way of working my way into a permanent, full-time position.
