Avantages
You might share a few laughs. There are some very good people who work there but it isn’t enough to secure a job. Oh and Half day Fridays, that was really nice.
Inconvénients
The people are nice and with exception of management are helpful. I put in 110%, showed up ready for work at 7 or earlier, and then they “let me go”, without any justification. They are constantly hurting for new hires yet they lay people off constantly and various people leave do to the lack of proactiveness from management. The A/C broke for a week during a hot stretch we had, it must have been between 85 and 90 degrees that place. Needless to say their building and equipment are falling apart. The previous reviews left here are correct for the most part, I sincerely didn’t want to believe it, or at least I tried to convince myself they were outdated. Much of it holds true, even the bits about HR... I’ll leave it at that.
