      Avantages

      Lots of autonomy and if you have the drive, everyone is more than willing to sit down with you and tell you what they do and how they do it.

      Inconvénients

      Very little structure. You are given too much free time. Even if you are motivated and ready to learn. There could be better hours as well, but honestly, they aren't bad at all.

      Some coworkers are nice, decent pay

      Inconvénients

      Ridiculous hours and expectations. zero support from management. Nights and weekends expected regularly.
