      The kind of work they are doing and how they are helping the more impoverished and the remotest parts of rajasthan and UP. The hands-on approach by the upper management, especially the founder, NKC sir. The company also works towards helping you find you ikigai or your purpose in life which is very unique and cool.

      Inconvénients

      The benefits for their employees can improve The working hours can shorten or atleast be made more flexible Give a proper two day weekend
