      Inconvénients

      1) Less interdepartmental interaction. 2) Less importance and time is given to planning by teams before execution

      Thank you for your review. We believe in aligning business and individual goals and thus share a flexibility. We are also increasing the forums for greater interdepartmental connectivity for higher bonding and synergy.
