      Avantages

      Nice office, 401K, willing to hire interns who don't have experience, CEO is nice

      Inconvénients

      Low pay, won't prioritize employee career growth (you'll have to push for things yourself), remote work an option for some but not others, departments work in silos, stagnant company growth, stock has cratered after some key people left and an ineffective EVP of Sales and Marketing came

      Avantages

      Office location is decent other than the noise from frequent trains. Weather is nice in Raleigh.

      Inconvénients

      Poor communication from management. Job security concerns. The stock has badly underperformed over the last few years.
