      Avantages

      Flexible, decent to work for. New opportunities for existing employees. Good work environment. Salaries are competitive. Overall happy with company.

      Inconvénients

      Lots of red tape. Not great on training initiatives. Spent too much time and money on outside consultants to improve efficiency in organization.

      Nice people. Relaxed city. Plenty of opportunities for a person with the right fit.

      Was asked to do work past my education. Was given many different managers who all wanted their own projects prioritized.
