Absolutely terrible leadership. They somehow continue to one-up themselves and double down on how bad they are—never taking ownership of their own poor actions and lack of capability in leading. You can find children that would lead a team better than these guys. Ask other employees how long they've been there and you'll soon realize your mistake if you join.
