Avantages
What can i say about invideo? This does not apply. But i liked the people i was working with in my team. Very nice and kind people.
Inconvénients
No one will treat you with respect unless you are friends with upper management. This was the same when i was employed and surprisingly recently after speaking to my colleague knowing its still the same. The environment made around is that you have to listen and do what is told, and if you highlight what is wrong then you come on the bad side. There were once 100 employees laid off in one go. About the work environment, all the decisions made here are on a tava. Tava gets hot you dance. Working here is super stressful. They expect us to do a lot in a short amount of time, and it's hard to keep up without feeling overwhelmed. I have also seen the CEO abuse and shout at people openly when something was wrong. All these reviews i see and they speak so highly of the company but these are all fake. Read the negatives and you will see a lot of people saying the same things. Nothing seems to have improved.
