Avantages
The manufacturing managers/team leads care about their team members and are amenable. The team leads buffer the workers from Upper Management's berating. They are kind managers and I would love to work for them again, but Upper Management is the reason many have left.
Inconvénients
Upper Management has explicitly stated it mainly cares about profits and making money for its shareholders. As a vaccine company, we have a duty to the people receiving the vaccines first, not shareholders. This is a relatively new company, so there are lots of growing pains. Upper Management is slow to promote people - there have been people hired on for Associate roles, but have been stuck as Technicians doing Associate level work for many months. Most teams are understaffed, and overworked.
