History of mass layoffs Lack of work life balance, and change in work from home policy 3 times in one year. Prioritizing people in chairs vs actually collaborating to get projects done. Lack of diversity in senior leadership.

      Senior leadership is very far removed from the majority of employees, blanket decisions like a less flexible WFH policy are made company wide instead of addressing specific teams, low opportunity for promotions, lower than average salaries
