      This company has no real benefits.

      Inconvénients

      All the people here are terrible to work with. Identity politics is rampant. Nothing makes sense at this company. People are likely on drugs. Do yourself a favor and don’t work here. You won’t get what you’re looking. Recognize the comments that are positive are really blasted on Glassdoor via some people in HR. THIS IS NOT A GOOD COMPANY. The scheming that occurs in most areas of this company is ridiculous. People here need to be assessed for mental health problems. Get ready to be treated like an animal and abused until they break you down. They will all think it is funny.

      - Employee stock purchasing - great resume builder and experience

      Inconvénients

      -leadership, the culture from when I started to now has shifted. If you are not one of the chosen few, there will be little opportunity for advancement. - If you question management they likely won't listen and you maybe tagged as not a 'team player' or that you have a poor attitude. - the company has done a poor job of reevaluating mature markets, the expectations for a highly penetrated area are the same as less penetrated markets. - Majority of leaders are men with stay at home spouses, take that information however you want to
