Avantages
- company cares about physical well being of employees. - pays well above service companies - not a bad option for graduate engineers if they want to gather some experience before pursuing higher studies - good company if you are just want a job and dont want to pursue a career.
Inconvénients
- no scope for growth in india (IDC). there is a glass ceiling which is more than a glass ceiling. - none of the interesting work happens in india. most of the times, IDC is just a back office. - not a good place to be for passionate (about CS or career) people. very quickly you will find yourself in the cross-hairs and will definitely be pulled down.
