      Avantages

      - Low call flow for Tech Support - Good pay - Not a lot of pressure.

      Inconvénients

      - If you work 48 a week they will claim you've worked less then 42 and pay you for those 42. - Bad job enviroment since there are a lot of criminals and drug adicts working there. - Most of the equipment is defective and almost never gets replaced
