Avantages
I love it here. It's kind of a cliche, but at INTRUST it is really true: it's the people. It is the reason to be here. Everyone's quality as a human being is pretty amazing. No one will refuse you help when asked, most proactively offer. Everyone genuinely cares about you as a professional and as a person. The opportunities to have fun with colleagues inside and outside of work are endless, organized by the Company or staff.. Business always involves a balancing act, so not everyone is always happy with every decision, but the company works hard to fulfill the promise of being people centric (we are employee owned and active in the community) with a very high degree of transparency. Each decision I've seen made by leadership is always sincerely aimed at maximizing the benefits to all stakeholders. There isn't a shady aspect to anything ever.
Inconvénients
I'm an older person, who doesn't want to participate in some of the social events or games. I guess they are meant for people who are younger or more socially outgoing. Occasionally, that can be a little bit annoying, especially when I feel compelled to participate. I know this is supposed to be a Con, but, even with that I wouldn't change a thing. Even if it isn't for me, I think the atmosphere is great and what makes this place special.
