      Favoritism-huge issue, being outspoken is frowned upon Emotional Hiring and Firing/Hiring Friends of Friends- they are not always qualified and you miss out on key opportunities to promote internally (what a way to boost morale) HR Department-Needs overhaul to include internal training, major confidentiality and communication issues
